Pyometra (infected uterus) in a Labrador Retriever	Stick found lodged between upper carnassial teeth at time of neuter	Wounds present after stick was removed.

This little dog came from Puerto Rico. Besides a shortened/malformed right forelimb, she has only 2 toes on her right front foot and an extra toe or 2 in her armpit. (Note: Photos taken at a veterinary clinic in the Twin Cities.)
